How We Started
After 10 years as a Red Seal carpenter, I saw how complex programs can miss what crews really need. I started Cascade to make safety accessible to workers and credible to clients, with plain‑language manuals, practical controls, and data that leaders can act on. Today, we help Western Canadian contractors get COR‑ready, pass client prequalification, and improve safety without slowing the job.

Where does Cascade provide safety consulting?
Cascade is based in Calgary and supports businesses across Alberta, with some services available remotely and field support outside Calgary arranged when required.
